Matt has a range of experience in machine programming, operating and setting. Prior to joining GDS he managed a production team, resolving production problems and organising and scheduling work to ensure projects were finished on time.

He has joined GDS to help with improving and maintaining the efficiency of the production team. He has responsibility for scheduling electronics and hardware manufacture along with the QA inspection, stock control and purchasing of materials.
