Jackie has a BA in Quantitative Social Studies and spent a number of years as a computer programmer before taking time out to bring up her family. On her return to work Jackie carried out market research and then went on to work as a branch receptionist for a hearing aid company. 

Jackie now joins Pam in providing administration support for all GDS staff..
