GDS' customer open days are a great opportunity for existing & prospective customers to come to our offices in Hook, meet the team and get hands-on with our apparatus. Our next open day is scheduled for Thursday 10th of September 2018.
The format of the day consists of a number of stations, whereby one of our geotechnical engineers will be giving a demonstration of the apparatus and software. Once the demonstration is complete visitors move on to the next station / apparatus. A full list of stations will be available before the event, so visitors can plan their day in advance. A buffet lunch will be provided and visitors are welcome to stay for the duration of the day or should they wish just attend a single demonstration.

- 9.30am – Registration / Coffee / Introductions
- 10.00am – 11.00am - First Station
- 11.00am – 12.00pm - Second Station
- 12.00pm – 1.00pm - Third Station
- 1.00pm – 2.00pm - Lunch
- 2.00pm – 3.00pm - Fourth Station
- 3.00pm – 4.00pm - Fifth Station
- 4.00pm – questions / depart

The below hotels are a short drive to GDS (approximately 2-5 mins) and we would be happy to collect you on the day if required.
Travelling By Air:
Our offices are based in Hampshire which is approximately 45mins from Heathrow & 1hr 20 mins from Gatwick. We can arrange for an airport collection if required, as we have accounts with local taxi firms.
Travelling By Train:
You can reach Hook by train from Central London in approximately 1 hour, see national rail enquiries for train times.
Travelling By Car:
GDS' offices are approximately 5 minutes drive from Junction 5 of the M3 and have free parking on site. To plan your route to GDS click here.
